Frequently Asked Questions
Can I come to see your facility?
We have an open door policy any time before 5:00 pm. If you require an after hours visit, we will be happy to accommodate you with an appointment with a member of management upon request.
Are you open on weekends?
No sorry, We are currently serving our families Monday-Friday, 6am-7:00pm.
Do you take newborns?
Yes, we take 0-12 years of age.
How do you determine my child's classroom placement?
The placement is determined loosely on age, according to the guidelines on the rates page. However, each individual child is evaluated based on their needs and current development for their safety and the health of the overall center. For example, in order for an infant to graduate into the Toddler classroom, he or she must be able to walk independently, so as not to be stepped on by other children. For another example, a toddler must be fully potty trained in order to graduate into Preschool, as the Preschool facilities don't allow for diaper changes.
Do you offer preschool?
Yes, 5 days a week, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Do I need to pay for, or provide, meals or snacks for my child/children?
No, we provide healthy meals and snacks for our children, included in the rates, under the USDA Food Program.
Do I need to pay for, or provide, formula for my infant/s?
We provide Members Mark to our children under the rates quoted at no additional cost. If you prefer and/or require a specific formula for your baby, you will need to supply it to the center.
